Delivery Policy

WUD Flowers is delighted to take orders from anywhere in the world, for delivery to anywhere in UAE. We offer same day delivery of fresh flowers and gifts within the UAE – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm al-Qaiwain, Fujairah, Ajman and Ra’s al-Khaimah for orders placed before 6:00PM.

Abu Dhabi orders may be delivered in the following day in case a PCR test is required.

Orders will be delivered anytime during the day between 10:00AM to 10:00PM. All you have to do is specify the preferred delivery date and time when placing your order.

WUD Flowers offers free delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for any order above AED 300. The delivery is free for all emirates is the order value is more than AED 1000.


Any orders below AED 300 in value, in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, the delivery charge is AED 50.

The delivery charge for Abu Dhabi, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah and Ra’s al Khaimah is AED 50.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 30days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We will be able to change or cancel your order if you contact us 24 hours (one day) before the delivery date of the flowers or gift, and we will provide a full refund where applicable.

If the order is out for delivery, but has not reached its destination, we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, we will not be able to provide a refund of the product due to the nature of the highly perishable fresh products used.

Refund Policy

In dealing with highly perishable fresh products, if in the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase at WUD Flowers, we will always listen and depending on the circumstances, we may refund the price of the product, resend a different gift of the same value or provide another solution. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.

When a replacement or other solution is granted, we aim to have this resolved within 1 working day. When a refund is provided, please allow 7-10 working days for it to reach your account depending on your bank.

Our flower orders will often be sent out packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful, yet on occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged on the way to you. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh or are damaged, please contact our customer service within the same day of delivery via and depending on the circumstances our team will get the product replaced or provide a full refund.
