Conditions On Redeeming Scratch Card

  • Scratch card can only be redeemed on MINIMUM SPEND OF 650 AED
  • Scratch cards can be redeemed only on next purchase.
  • Only one scratch card can be redeemed per day

How To Redeem​

  • Contact customer support via WhatsApp +971 505567585.
  • Provide your scratch card code and registered contact number for validation.
  • Note: Scratch cards can only be redeemed for orders placed through calls or WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions

  • Scratch cards cannot be transferred to someone else.
  • They cannot be converted into real cash.
  • They cannot be redeemed on sale or discounted items.
  • We cannot issue replacements if someone loses their original scratch card.
  • The scratch card amount cannot be redeemed for gift hampers, acrylic-based arrangements, vases ( Without flowers ) , terrariums, candles, diffusers, or any product other than flowers.
  • Scratch cards cannot be redeemed through the website.
  • The scratch card amount cannot be availed when Tabby is used as the mode of payment.
  • Any dispute over scratch cards will be settled in favour of Wud Flowers.
  • Scratch cards cannot be reserved for further orders beyond the given time period.
  • Scratch cards cannot be redeemed for any previously ordered product with a delivery due date in the future.
  • Scratch cards cannot be applied to previously ordered or delivered products.
  • Scratch cards cannot be used to settle any previous dues or gain a discount on previous invoices.
  • The scratch card amount does not apply to delivery charges. Delivery must be charged separately (Dubai: 50 AED, Rest of the Emirates: 100 AED).
  • The scratch card amount can be redeemed once. If the scratch card amount isn’t fully utilized at once, the remaining amount will not be carried forward or can be redeemed again under any conditions.
  • Scratch cards can be redeemed by both the sender or receiver only once.
  • Scratch cards do not apply to signature collections.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw scratch card offers or invalidate a scratch card at will, with or without notice.
  • By accepting a scratch card at the time of purchase, the customer automatically agrees to all the above-stated terms and conditions.
